So Saturday I got on the WWW. and was cruising along looking for Christmas presents. When I found what I wanted I ordered it. Then right after I hit submit I saw the shipping was way more than I expected so I immediately cancelled. So I continue on down the WWW and find something else that I wanted and ordered it. Now, you would have thought that I would have learned from my first order to pay attention to the shipping. Well, I would have if they would have showed me but they didn’t until 3 pages of more advertisements to buy more of their product and then boom the bill and your order is being processed. WHAT!!!!!! Now all would have been well if it was item but I was ordering three of the same product and they were charging me shipping per item. Which made know sense to me but of course made sense to them to make a profit. So I immediately call support to find out they are only open M – F. So I emailed them. Now Monday roles around and I call and spent 45 minutes of “Please be patient as the call load is very heavy” So I am thinking I am screwed and will be stuck with a bill. The rest of the day went buy and just a few minutes again I checked the status of my order and it said “Canceled”. Praise the Lord. I then went to my email to see an email saying your order has been cancelled let us know if you want to reorder. I don’t think I will make that mistake again.
